Bow and Bay windows – let the light pour in

Bow and bay windows have long been known as a great choice for those looking to create extra space and let natural light into the room. Their traditional look and contouring shape offer homeowners options such as adding a window seat or simply creating the illusion of extra space without the need for additional, costly building work.

The team recently fitted the below selection of bow and bay windows at Wolston Grange Residential Care Home in Rugby. The striking windows in beck brown match the building’s traditional aesthetic but bring with them all the benefits of modern uPVC double glazing.

Both types of windows are perfect for adding a ‘picture window’ to any building. Bays typically consist of three panels that protrude from the building, not as wide as a bow window, they do however create more floor space. Bow windows serve to let more light into the room and their curved appearance creates an appealing focal point on any building.

We offer bow and bay windows in 14 fantastic colours, and we will work with you to achieve the design you desire. View more about the range here, or get in touch to discuss further.
