We are pleased to confirm that we have been named as a finalist for the VEKA Independent Network National Customer Satisfaction Awards and that our Director, Simon Wade, has been listed as a finalist in the National Salesperson category.
Both awards will be judged on installations completed in 2021, as well as taking into consideration feedback from customer satisfaction surveys. The winners of the awards will be announced over the weekend of 15th July as part of the VEKA Independent Network Members Weekend at The Chesford Grange Hotel in Kenilworth.
Commenting on the awards, Simon Wade, said: “I am very proud to have been listed as a finalist, the team have worked exceptionally hard over the last 12 months, and this is a clear result of that work. At RDG we always strive to deliver the very best installation for our customers and take the time to understand what they want from each job so we can find the best solution for them.”
In addition, we have also strengthened our sales team with James Applebee joining this month. We have expanded the sales team to ensure our customers continue to receive the very best service possible and to allow us to increase our capacity even further.
