Customer Comments:

Lewis, C : Had 7 windows and a door installed by Andy and Andy, they did a fantastic job, proper professionals. The pre-sales and admin teams were really good too. The cost for the job was really reasonable too. While there weren’t any issues, I suspect that any I had would have been resolved satisfactorily based on the experience with everything else. Really good experience from start to finish, thank you.

Billings, R : 2 small issues but we’re both resolved easily.

Tonks, N : They removed and replaced 5 windows the job was completed to the exact time scales provided. Communication was first rate at all times, bathroom window had to be removed and refitted due to ledge slip which was completed in less than an hour and was done satisfactory.

Pickard, P : The fitters, Gary and Paul were prompt and efficient.

Gawrysiak, A : Installer had to replace two new windows due to cracking in the fillet welds. The manufacturer replaced them and the replacements were installed satisfactory at a convenient time to suit myself. 7 windows and 1 French door were installed to budget and on time. Weather was poor on both fitting dates, however fitters had blankets to keep carpets and floor clean. House was left completely clean.

Burnell, M : New door was installed quickly and efficiently.

Wongsam, N : Seven upstairs windows replaced on schedule and by very competent installers. Nothing went wrong.

Collins, L : A front door was fitted as scheduled. All questions were answered fully and with courtesy prior to contract. The filters were friendly and professional returning within a day of request to tweak the fitting of the locking mechanism. All completed to satisfaction.

Guille, N : Rugby Double Glazing Limited installed an external door. It was done to the agreed schedule and budget. As they are a small local company, someone very senior in the company came to the pre-installation survey, and they explained all the options very clearly. Nothing went wrong.
